Candidate Profile:

Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Engineering, Management, Information Technologies, or a relevant programming field;
- Experience in executing projects similar to the one in question;
- 5 years of proven experience in:Managing information systems projects; Using agile methodologies, such as OutSystems, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LEAN, Extreme Programming, or equivalent.
- Experience using Team Foundation Server / Azure DevOps or an equivalent tool;
- Experience using SharePoint or an equivalent tool for content/document management supporting the project.
- Good command of Portuguese and English;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Responsibility, analytical and communication skills, and flexibility;
- Team spirit and initiative.
