Candidate Profile:

Candidate Profile:
- At least 3 years of experience with Outsystems 10 or higher;
- Experience in Mobile / Reactive projects in Outsystems;
- Experience in web-based development: CSS, HTML;
- Professional experience in C# (.Net) language;
- Professional experience in APIs (.Net);
- Proficiency in SQL language and Data modeling;
- Experience in agile methodologies;
- OutSystems Reactive Web Developer certification;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Proficiency in Portuguese – spoken and written – clear and concise speech;
- Enjoy personal relationships (empathy and conflict management);
- High sense of responsibility;
- Dynamism – proactivity, rigor, and eagerness to acquire knowledge;
- Ability to analyze and solve unfamiliar problems;
- Resilient.
