Infrastructure Management Technician

Project Context:
  • Daily management of the existing Fortinet infrastructure;
  • Support as needed in the management of the infrastructure defined in the chapter “Infrastructure in acquisition or under local management (consultative support only)”;
  • Maintenance of updated records of all managed and supported infrastructure;
  • Ability to respond to configuration change requests from the Cybersecurity team;
  • Ability to escalate to tier 3 support from the manufacturer if necessary;
Candidate Profile:
  • At least 2 years of experience in the technical management of Fortinet products;
  • Strong knowledge of network configuration with static and dynamic routing (BGP, OSPF, among others) and based on Fortinet equipment;
  • Management of Fortinet infrastructures with knowledge in QoS, Shaping, web application publishing;
  • Management of SSL VPNs for users;
  • Management of IPSec Site-to-Site VPNs;
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
  • Knowledge of SDWAN;
  • Definition of firmware upgrade plans according to the manufacturer's guidelines;
  • Ability to propose changes and improvements in the infrastructure (Engineering).
  • At least one valid Fortinet certification
