Candidate profile:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Application/functional support to users of solutions provided by Fujitsu (from the user perspective)
- Non-technical application administration (user management, access management, troubleshooting, other configurations)
- Knowledge in IT
- Previous experience in user support
- Experience as a trainer
- Knowledge in document management, preferably, but not mandatory, knowledge in smartDOCS
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Portuguese language - spoken and written - clear and concise speech
- Enjoy personal relationships (Empathy and conflict management)
- High sense of responsibility
- Dynamism - proactivity, rigor, and eagerness to acquire knowledge
- Ability to analyze and solve unfamiliar problems
- Resilient
